ITAC, together with Sterling Commerce, co-sponsored in Managed File Transfer Breakfast Banking Executive Series held at Makati Shangri-La last July 3,2006. The event was organized by Asian Banking & Finance Magazine and was well attended by top executives from the banking industry. The event speaker discussed the latest issues and trends on Managed File Transfer and the importance of security, reliability, and scalability of data transfer in banks. Mr. Dirk Maney, Senior Manager of Global Product Line – U.S., discussed. Success stories and experiences were also discussed by Ma-an V. Calilong  of Bank of the Philippines Island (BPI).  BPI was recently awarded “2007 Financial Insights Innovation Award for its File Transfer Services”.
